Mawu Greetings Celebrates Museum Store Sunday at Birmingham Museum of Art
Art, holiday cards, and gifts by local artists including Yogi Dada and the Flourish Alabama will be featured
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, November 7, 2024 - Mawu Greetings is delighted to participate in Museum Store Sunday at the Birmingham Museum of Art on December 1, 2024. This special shopping event, held annually on the Sunday following Thanksgiving, unites over 2,100 museum stores across all fifty states, the District of Columbia, and twenty-five countries spanning five continents, offering inspired shopping experiences at the world's finest museums and cultural institutions.
From 12 PM to 5 PM, visitors can explore and purchase our curated collection of greeting cards, including special winter holiday designs by renowned local artist Yogi Dada.
The event will feature a personal appearance by Yogi Dada, whose distinctive artistic style brings warmth and creativity to our winter holiday collection. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the artist and discover the stories behind her unique designs.
In addition to our greeting card collections, we are proud to showcase our newest collaboration with the Flourish Alabama. These specially designed calendars, created in partnership with the local nonprofit organization, will be available for purchase at the Museum Store. Lucky visitors will also have the chance to win one of these unique calendars during the event.

Mawu Greetings Kicks Off A Line of Culturally Inclusive Stationery
Featuring Artist Collaborations and Highlighting Strategic Partnerships
September 10, 2024 - FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - Mawu Greetings, the new culturally inclusive greeting card and stationery line from Tenth Muse Enterprises, is excited to announce the launch of its first line of products just in time for the winter holiday season. Designs for Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, and the New Year were created by its roster of artists and in collaboration with strategic partners. The company will host a virtual launch event on September 30 at 6:00 PM Eastern to reveal the designs and begin accepting orders.
Celebrating Diverse Artistic Voices
Mawu Greetings will feature works from a curated selection of talented Black and Brown artists, including multimedia artist Yogi Dada, digital artist Leonora Augustin, illustrator and animator Daniella Gyambibi-Peters, artist and designer Lauren Tillar, and photographer Aaron Wolf. More artists will be added to the roster of talented artists ongoing.
Lauren Tillar, one of the featured creators, shares: "Mawu Greetings gives us a platform to share our cultural perspectives through art. It's an honor to have our work reach people in such a personal way through greeting cards and stationery."
